Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient had a lateral orbital apex tumor with visual loss or imminent visual loss; 2."Endoscopic resection of small tumor in lateral orbital apex by sieve path" was performed in our hospital; 3.Complete preoperative and postoperative physical examination and auxiliary examination; 4.Patients can be followed up on time after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Surgical methods combined with other surgical approaches; 2.The operative eye was complicated with other diseases leading to irreversible visual impairment.
