Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years old; 2.Refer to the diagnostic criteria for each site infection and the diagnostic definition of sepsis3.0 published in 2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had received antibiotics; 2.Organ transplantation; 3.Pregnancy; 4.Trauma and burns prior to admission (excluding length of stay < 24h patients).
