Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing primary TKA and THA, with both genders; 2.Aged more than 18 years; 3.Ability to communicate; 4.Willing or able to abide by the agreed procedures; 5.Sign consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to sign consent; 2.Revision surgery; 3.History of substance abuse; 4.Impairment of cognitive function.
