Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients >=60 years old; Men and women; 2.Patients underwent colonoscopy as planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe heart failure (cardiac function level III or IV); 2.Recent acute myocardial ridge or unstable angina; 3.Chronic kidney disease; 4.Suspected intestinal obstruction or perforation; 5.Patients need abdominal surgery; 6.With gastroparesis; 7.Patients with cirrhosis; 8.Having mental illness and unable to cooperate with the examination; 9.Intolerant or allergic to intestinal preparation drugs.
