Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I-II; 2.Aged 24 to 64 years; 3.Scheduled for total thyroidectomy with central compartment node dissection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Body mass index more than 30 kg/m^2; 2.Smoking; 3.History of PONV or motion sickness; 4.Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 5.Experienced hepatic or renal disease; 6.Medication with steroids, or cognitive impairment.
