Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinical diagnosis of heart failure, objective evidence of cardiac insufficiency proved by at least one of the following: (1)Left ventricular ejection fraction 4.0cm (or the height of the left atrium>2.5cm/m); (3)NT-proBNP>400pg/ml (>47.3pmol/l or BNP>150pg/ml). 2.For the clinical diagnosis of sarcopenia, the following conditions meet (1)(3) or all meet: (1)Grip strength (male =12s; Or simple body function assessment =60 years; 4.The patient has signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have had a heart transplant before; 2.Have tumors, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic kidney disease and other wasting diseases and fractures and other exercise-restricting diseases; 3.Suffering from mental illness, including severe hysteria and lack of autonomy; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 5.Test drug contraindications, allergies; 6.Participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
