Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Medical workers who wear medical masks for more than four hours a day and engage in medical activities; 2.Aged 30 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or chronic bronchitis; 2.Patients suffering from cerebrovascular disease and coronary heart disease; 3.Patients suffering from chronic rhinitis or turbinate hypertrophy; 4.Patients suffering from acute infectious disease; 5.Patients suffering from diabetes, hyperthyroidism, renal dysfunction and sjogren's syndrome.
