Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects were hypertensive patients in the outpatient department of cardiology, the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University; 2.Patients have never received antihypertensive drugs or those who have received antihypertensive drugs but stopped taking them for >=2 weeks and the effect of antihypertensive drugs is not good; 3.Aged >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Home self-measured blood pressure =180/110mmHg; 2.Serum creatinine >221umol/L, serum potassium <3.5mmol/L; 3.Take any drugs that affect blood pressure level, and have any restrictions on the selection of antihypertensive drugs; 4.Patients with mental diseases and poor compliance; 5.Pregnant and lactating women.
