18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 80 years; 2.ERCP should be treated for various reasons; 3.Intact native papilla; 4.First time undergoing ERCP; 5.Normal serum amylase level before ERCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe heart and lung disease, severe renal insufficiency; 2.Pregnancy; 3.Active acute pancreatitis, evidence of severe chronic pancreatitis; 4.Altered gastrointestinal tract anatomy; 5.Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
