Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized patients >=18 years old; 2.Non-cardiac and kidney related operations were performed; 3.Follow up collaborators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Stroke or myocardial infarction within the previous 6 months; 2.Severe valvular heart disease, unstable angina, cardiomyopathy, PCTA or coronary artery bypass; 3.The gout; 4.Diabetes mellitus and poor blood glucose control (medication and fasting blood glucose >180mg/dl); 5.Severe liver disease; 6.Severe pulmonary disease.
