Experimental group:The forearm of the test side was injected with small particles of cross-linked hyaluronic acid
Control group:The control side was injected with normal saline into the forearm skin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged>=30 years old; 2.The existence of skin photoaging on forearms (such as wrinkles, decreased elasticity, pigmentation, thickened keratin, rough and dull appearance, etc.); 3.Glogau classification Type II-IV, and bilateral type is the same.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or breastfeeding women or female patients who have a childbirth plan during the study period; 2.Patients who are allergic to the products (hyaluronic acid, streptococcal protein) and drugs involved in the test (such as lidocaine); 3.Patients with infections, active skin diseases or related symptoms on the forearm skin; patients who have undergone any non-permanent or permanent implants/fillers (including autologous fat) on the forearm skin; 4.Patients who had any mesotherapy or skin resurfacing (laser, chemical peel or other ablation or non-ablation treatment)in the past 6 months; 5.Patients who have used immunosuppressive agents, anticoagulant drugs, glucocorticoids, and tretinoin within the past 3 months; 6.Patients with coagulopathy, connective tissue disease, serious heart, liver, kidney and other visceral diseases or tumors or mental disorders; 7.Patients with a history of herpes simplex virus infection; 8.Patients with scarred constitution.
