Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients conforming to acute anterior wall myocardial infarction after emergency PCI without left ventricular thrombosis confirmed by baseline color ultrasound.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Active bleeding within 12 months, such as intracranial hemorrhage, hemorrhage of digestive tract and urogenital system; 2.Peptic ulcer within 6 months; 3.Liver and kidney diseases, chronic severe renal failure; Creatinine clearance was less than 20; 4.Atrial fibrillation or other thrombotic diseases, oral rivaroxaban; 5.Malignant tumor (expected survival of less than 1 year) and pregnancy status; 6.Confirmed or suspected blood system related diseases (except mild or moderate anemia); 7.Platelet deficiency (platelets <50x10^9/L); 8.CRUSADE score was greater than 50 points; 9.Younger than 18, older than 75; 10.Allergic to drugs used in this study; 11.Do not agree to participate in the researcher.
