Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled for non cardiac surgery; 2.Patients older than 18 years; 3.Patients weighing 40-120kg; 5.ASA: I-III grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient refused; 2.Patients with existing neurological or mental disorders; 3.Patients with chronic pain syndrome; 4.Patients with any acute or chronic pain treated with opioids; 5.Patients with alcohol or drug abuse; 6.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis; 7.Patients with knee joint revision surgery; 8.Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 9.Patients with severe coronary artery disease; 10.Pregnant, alcohol or opioid addicts; 11.Patients with communication difficulties and poor compliance.
