experimental group:When the patient had hemorrhagic shock during the operation, shenfu injection 50ml was given on the basis of fluid resuscitation
control group:Only fluid resuscitation is performed when the patient has hemorrhagic shock during surgery

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signed informed consent; 2. Aged from 18 to 80 years; 3. Femoral shaft fracture open reduction patients; 4. Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2. Disturbance of consciousness or poor compliance with the completion of the study; 3. ASA Level 4 or above; 4. The patient is participating in other clinical trials within 1 month.
