Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects included in the study were hospitalized patients who needed diagnostic curettage due to benign and malignant gynecological diseases in Dalian maternal and child health care from January 2021 to December 2022; 2. All patients signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Taken antibiotics, probiotics or proton pump inhibitors within two weeks; 2. She has suffered from inflammatory bowel disease and other diseases affecting intestinal flora in the past; 3. Abnormal intestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, fatigue, diarrhea, etc.); 4. There are other malignancies. 5. The family has a history of endometrial cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer and ovarian cancer.
