50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 50 to 80 years; 2. Lens nuclear hardness <=III degree (Emery grading); 3. Scheduled for phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of ophthalmic trauma or surgery; 2. Had other eye operations; 3. Suffering from other eye diseases, such as glaucoma, keratitis, uveitis and high myopia; 4. Diabetes mellitus; 5. Complicated cataract surgery with other causes, such as small pupils, shallow anterior chamber, and suspensory ligament abnormalities.
