Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference of Chinese Medical Association; 2. First stroke, the lesion was located on the left side, and the duration was 2 weeks to 3 months; 3. Aged from 45 to 70 years; 4. Right-handed; 5. Cognitive dysfunction: 18 <= MoCA < 26; 6. No serious dyskinesia, Modified Rankin Scale (MRS) <= 2; 7. No drugs affecting cognitive function were taken before enrollment; 8. No taijiquan training and no regular physical exercise (more than 3 times a week, more than 20 minutes each time) in the past half a year; 9. No other serious physical and intracranial lesions (tumor, infection, etc.); 10. Patients or their family members sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The disease is unstable or progressive stroke; 2. Recurrent stroke or multiple focal stroke; 3. Past history of epilepsy, cognitive impairment or mental illness; 4. Patients with severe organ failure, musculoskeletal disease and other contraindications of exercise therapy; 5. Cognitive impairment caused by other reasons; 6. Hypertension control is not ideal (diastolic blood pressure is still more than 100mm Hg or systolic blood pressure is still more than 160mm Hg); 7. Can not cooperate for consciousness disorders, serious motor, cognitive and audiovisual impairments; 8. Have metal foreign body or other implanted electronic device or skull defect.
