Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women in the first trimester; 2. Sign the informed consent; 3. Can correctly understand the contents of the questionnaire and fill in the questionnaire independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of depression or mental illness before pregnancy; 2. History of serious disease and traumatic brain injury; 3. Spontaneous abortion, fetal malformation, stillbirth forced termination of pregnancy during pregnancy; 4. During the follow-up, those who quit midway for any reason; 5. Data missing ratio > 20%.
