Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years or above; 2. Patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma or primary plasma cell leukemia according to IMWG diagnostic criteria; 3. Female subjects of childbearing age must have a negative urine / blood pregnancy test within 7 days before cell therapy, female or male subjects of childbearing age need to take effective contraception throughout the study; 4. The patient volunteered to participate in the study, and he or his legal guardian signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were treated or relapsed; 2. Patients who have been newly diagnosed with other primary cancers within the last 3 years that can affect the treatment or prognosis of multiple myeloma.
