Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with NPDR diagnosis aged from 40 to 75 years; 2. The best corrected visual acuity is 0.3-1.0 (20/64-20/20), and both eyes meet the standard, the eye with poor visual acuity is selected; 3. TCM syndrome differentiation for qi and Yin deficiency; 4. Patients Signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic macular edema; 2. It is difficult to observe fundus due to lack of clear interstitial refraction; 3. Patients with glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion, uveitis, optic nerve disease and other eye diseases; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and hematopoietic diseases; 5. Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases and history of neurological and psychiatric diseases; 6. Participants in other clinical trials; 7. Inspection process can not cooperate; 8. Unable to follow up the fundus examination.
