18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign informed consent form; 2. Aged from 18 to 75 years old, male or female; 3. Subjects are willing to collect and send samples in strict accordance with sampling procedures; 4. (Only for healthy volunteers) Medical history, vital signs, physical examination, hematology, blood biochemistry, urinalysis, allergic test are all normal or unnormal but not significant, and BMI is from 19.0 kg/m2 to 26.0kg/m2; 5. (Only for patients) Specific IgE by ImmunoCAP is positive, at least one intradermal test within a year is ++ or above in addition to typical clinical symptoms; 6. (Only for patients in second stage) Diagnosed with seasonal allergic rhinitis or perennial allergic rhinitis according to Chinese Society of Allergy Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history or current chronic diseases including but not limited to intestinal disease, autoimmune disease, etc that may interfere with the study data; 2. Severe acute diseases or acute attacks of chronic diseases occurred within 1 month prior to screening that may interfere with the study data; 3. Infection screening test is positive; 4. Those who had been treated with antibiotics within 3 months prior to study initiation; 5. A large consumption of alcohol or significantly dietary habits changing within 1 week prior to collection of stool samples; 6. Any concerns from investigator that the subject is not suitable for this study.
