Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants with gestational age < 34W who were admitted to NICU immediately after birth and treated with caffeine citrate within 24h after birth were delivered in the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe intracranial hemorrhage (Grade 3-4); 2. Congenital malformation or chromosomal abnormality; 3. Genetic metabolic disease; 4. Neonatal sepsis; 5. Serious lung lesions such as: pneumothorax, bronchial lung dysplasia, severe lung infection, atelectasis, etc.
