Perioperative analgesia of joint replacement surgery

Interventions

Dexamethasone group:Preoperative intravenous dexamethasone 10 mg

Saline group:Inject the same dose of normal saline before operation

75 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 75 to 90 years; 2. ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes; 2. Patients with renal failure or liver failure; 3. Patients with known adverse reactions to corticosteroids, and the duration of surgery> 200 min.
