Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the stroke diagnostic criteria established by the Chinese Society of Neurology and Cerebrovascular Disease in 2018, with unilateral lesions and paralysis of one limb; 2. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score >= 24 points; 3. Brunnstrom staging of hemiplegia with upper limb >= III stage, hand >= III stage; 4. Sit balance is above II; 5. Without hearing impairment, treatment cooperation; 6. The patient and family members signed the informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Glasgow coma scale = 3).
