20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases of China (2015) issued by The Chinese Medical Association; 2. Patients aged from 20 to 80 years; 3. Clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage after head CT or MR examination; 4. Motor dysfunction of lower limbs left after stroke; 5. No serious cognitive impairment, simple mental state examination > 20 points; 6. Hip flexor strength of grade III or above; 7. Be able to stand for 30 seconds (hand can help); 8. Be able to walk at least 4 steps (with auxiliary aid or at most one person); 9. Participants can sign the informed consent by themselves or entrust their family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe consciousness disorder, can not follow the treatment; 2. Patients with severe organic heart disease, such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe arrhythmia, pacemaker implantation, and patients with untreated or uncontrolled hypertension; 3. Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate with treatment; 4. Patients who could not understand the questionnaire; 5. Contraindications to BFR: venous thrombosis, acute disease under treatment, difficulty in wearing a therapeutic band due to lymphedema.
