Interventions

Transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation group:In the TVNS group, an electronic stimulator was applied for low-frequency square pulse stimulation (20 Hz, pulse width 1 ms) at the tragus of the right ear
Transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation and Limb remote ischemic perconditioning RIPC group:Simultaneous intermittent use of sphygmomanometer cuff for pressurized inflation to 200 mmHg in the left uppe
Control group:Routine PCI without additional treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted after September 1, 2021 were enrolled, all patients were admitted within 12 hours after onset and treated with primary PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The main exclusion criteria included previous history of myocardial infarction, severe heart failure (score < 30%), cardiogenic shock, ventricular fibrillation or sudden cardiac arrest, previous history of severe liver dysfunction, history of chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min), history of hematological diseases, and left main and coronary multivessel disease.
