Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. eGFR from 3 to 8ml/min; 2. Need long-term renal replacement therapy; 3. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The primary disease is an immune disease (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, kidney damage, etc.); 2. Tumor; 3. Obstructive nephropathy; 4. Acute Kidney Injury; 5. Unwilling to choose peritoneal dialysis treatment.
