Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis meets the international standards for depressive episodes in DSM-V; 2. The total score of 24 items of the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) is greater than 20; 3. Patients with depression diagnosed by structured conversations by professional psychiatrists; 4. No history of epilepsy or glaucoma; 5. No immunomodulatory drugs have been taken in the past 6 months, and the woman has not been breastfeeding or pregnant; 6. Sign the informed consent form and participate voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe physical disease, liver and kidney function, blood routine examination and other obvious abnormalities; 2. Have taken immunosuppressive agents or immune enhancers within six months; 3. Have taken psychotropic drugs or antipyretic analgesics within half a month; 4. Those who have acute infection, fever, trauma, or inflammation within half a month; 5. Those who have received electrical aspiration therapy or sleep deprivation therapy within half a month; 6. Other organic mental disorders, and mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances, except for tobacco dependence.
