Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with achalasia clearly, no other systemic diseases and severe organic disease. With serious clinical symptoms, patients are treated voluntarily and understand the content of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous gastric and/or esophageal surgery, Barrett’s esoph-ageal lesions, esophageal stricture, liver cirrhosis and/or esophageal var-ices, active esophagitis, connective tissue diseases, allergic diseases, pregnancy, hemopathy, hiatal hernia, and other coagulopathy
