Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 50 to 90 years, male; 2. The subjects must voluntarily participate in the study and abide by the study regulations, understand and abide by the follow-up plan, and voluntarily sign the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and psychotic patients; 2.
