20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal semen quality criteria (Refer to WHO laboratory manual for the examination and processing of human seen version 5); (1) Semen volume >=1.5ml; (2) Semen concentration >=15x10^6/ml; 2. Aged from 20 to 49 years; 3. In line with the diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine of semen quality normal criteria; 4. Without taking a drug that is beneficial to spermatogenesis within 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious basic disease, such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, liver, and kidney dysfunction, diabetes, etc.; 2. With Congenital malformations of the reproductive system, cryptorchidism, microcystins, orchitis, epididymis phlogistic, chronic prostatitis, varicocele, etc.
