18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed or previously diagnosed patients with chronic viral hepatitis B who visited the Outpatient Department of Infection, West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2019 to December 2020 were included; 2. Antiviral indications; 3. TAF is an antiviral drug that has been taken up to now.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous kidney disease, combined with hepatitis A, C, D, and E virus infection, alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic liver disease, drug liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, hereditary liver disease and other diseases that may cause chronic liver dysfunction.
