control group:Routine extracranial artery bypass grafting only

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with accurate diagnosis of moyamoya disease who are to undergo unilateral extracranial artery bypass grafting; 2. Preoperative sober cooperation, can cooperate to complete all the examination and operation; 3. No known allergic history to the experimental drug; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin defect and infection at the puncture site of the neck; 2. Postoperative review of EC-IC bypass.
