Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; 2. Ischemic stroke confirmed by brain CT or MRI, disease course >=6 months; 3. Stroke causes unilateral hand dysfunction, and Brunnstrom stage 1-3; 4. mini-Mental Status Examination 21-30 points, be able to complete the experiment; 5. Aged from 50 to 75 years; 6. Sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of upper limb fracture, deformity of upper limb, etc; 2. The condition is unstable or the condition changes occur during the experiment, which affects the experimental results; 3. Unable to complete the experiment due to serious heart, lung, liver and kidney and other important organ diseases; 4. Severe cognitive dysfunction or aphasia; 5. History of other neurological and psychiatric diseases and epilepsy; 6. Taking medications that reduce the threshold of seizures; 7. Any implanted device or metal may be affected by the magnetic field generated by TMS.
