Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Feeling stress from work in the past 3 months; 3. Good health; 4. Signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in other stress reduction programs during the study; 2. Receiving psychological treatment during the study; 3. Previous history of mental illness.
