18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Volunteered to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent; 2.Aged from 18 to 80 years; 3.Planned to undergo coronary angiography for suspected CAD; 4.No associated contraindictations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to contrast agent; 2.Patients with end-stage renal disease requiring hemodialysis; 3.Contrast agent use history during the past two weeks; 4.Combined with severe infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, severe liver insufficiency, malignant tumors, blood system diseases, etc; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
