Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of ALI; 2. Patients admitted to our hospital for treatment and mechanical ventilation; 3. Aged between 18-85 years old; 4. Without tumor or autoimmune disease; 5. Volunteer to participate in this research, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary edema due to hypoproteinemia due to cardiogenic pulmonary edema, acute pulmonary embolism, liver and kidney disease, or malnutrition, atelectasis due to atelectasis, pulmonary edema due to tumor compression or pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary edema due to upper airway obstruction, and any medical history that, according to the investigator's judgment, could interfere with the test results or increase the patient's risk of treatment; 2. With drug allergy or intolerance on this test; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Psychiatric patients; 5. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
