Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need PICC catheterization for the first time (aged from 18 to 80 years) according to the doctor's advice; 2. Before catheterization, there were no patients with serious cardiovascular diseases, such as P wave abnormalities such as atrial fibrillation and cor pulmonale, and severe heart block; 3. Patients who did not participate in other clinical studies; 4. Patients who voluntarily participated in the clinical study and signed informed consent to cooperate with clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with local deformity or scar formation; 2. Patients with infection or damage at the puncture site; 3. Patients with tumor compressing blood vessels; 4. Patients with confirmed or suspected catheter-related infection, bacteremia and sepsis; 5. Patients with confirmed or suspected allergy to silica gel material; 6. Patients with a history of radiotherapy at the pre intubation site; 7. Patients with a history of venous thrombosis, trauma or vascular surgery; 8. Patients with superior vena cava syndrome; 9. Patients with poor medical behavior; 10. Patients with severe peripheral vascular edema; 11. Patients with high flow of infusion fluid, hemodialysis, pacemaker installation, crutches or possible A-V fistula.
