Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Highly myopic eyes with macular hole retinal detachment did not undergo vitreoretinal surgery before; 2. High myopia (diopter > -6.0d, axis > 26.5mm), myopic macular hole, myopic macular lesion (classification 0-1), no posterior scleral staphylostoma; 3. No obvious vitreoretinitis (PVR GRADE A-B); 4. Patients aged >=18 years; 5. Able and willing to participate in clinical trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Retinal detachment caused by idiopathic macular hole and traumatic macular hole; 2. Retinal detachment with macular hole and other hiatus in high myopia; 3. Macular hole retinal detachment combined with choroid detachment; 4. Scleral reinforcement or retroscleral belt surgery after previous treatment; 5. Having neurological or psychiatric diseases and unable to cooperate with the examination.
