Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. High myopia (diopter > -6.0d, axis > 26.5mm), the obvious time of vision loss is less than 1 year; 2. Myopic macular hole and myopic macular lesion (classification 0-1), no posterior staphylococcal staphylococcus; 3. Patients aged >=18 years; 4. Able and willing to participate in clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Idiopathic macular hole; 2. Traumatic macular hole; 3. Myopic macular hole with other holes; 4. Myopic macular hole with retinal detachment; 5. Previous vitreoretinal surgery, posterior scleral reinforcement or posterior scleral belt surgery; 6. Visitors are not expected to be in the designated clinical trial center; 7. Having neurological or psychiatric diseases and unable to cooperate with the examination.
