18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Highly myopic MHRD eyes without prior vitreoretinal surgery; 2. Myopic macular hole, with diopter > -6.0d, axis > 26.5mm, myopic macular lesion (classification 2 to 3, or combined with "Plus" damage not involving macular fovea), posterior scleral staphylostoma was present; 3. No obvious vitreoretinitis (PVR GRADE A-B); 4. Patients aged >=18 years; 5. Able and willing to participate in clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Macular hole retinal detachment, its diopter <= -6.0d, axis <=26.5mm, 2. Retinal detachment caused by idiopathic macular hole and traumatic macular hole; 3. Retinal detachment of macular hole combined with other hiatus in high myopia; 4. Macular hole retinal detachment combined with choroid detachment; 5. Scleral reinforcement or retroscleral belt surgery after previous treatment; 6. Not expected to be in the designated clinical trial center; 7. Having neurological or psychiatric diseases and unable to cooperate with the examination.
