18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-emergency hospital admission with a clinical diagnosis of NSTEACS; 2. PCI treatment during hospitalization; 3. Fasting free fatty acids test before PCI; 4. Agree to comply with the daily conventional medication of NSTEACS; 5. Able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal insufficiency, the requirement for hemodialysis or estimated glomerular filtration rate?(eGFR) <20mL/min/1.73m2; 2. Previous surgery for congenital heart disease; 3. Previous cardiac transplantation or ventricular assist device; 4. Patient who is pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Bad therapeutic dependence or poor compliance with study requirements; 6. Severe systemic disease, the life expectancy is less than 1 year.
