Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pediatric patients with suspected infection; 2) Signed informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Confirmed noninfectious disease before testing; 2) Incomplete medical history; 3) Lost to follow-up; 4) Sample suspected of contamination before testing; 5) Sample failing to pass quality control.
