Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For the four main branches of Jizhou District, the 40 year old permanent resident population aged 40 years old, who lived in the Central Hospital, the Central Hospital, the Central Hospital, the center town hospital, and the town center of the first town.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The residents of the four largest branch of Jizhou District, the center of the health center of the EGU Town, the Center Hospital of the lower Town, the center of the lower Town, the Central Hospital of the town, and the 40 year old registered residence of the -75, who lived in the central town hospital of the first Ling Town, were inconvenient, inaccurate and suffering from serious diseases.
