40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No age limit, no gender limit; 2. Patients with intra-articular injection for knee osteoarthritis; 3. A sufficient amount (>1ml) of synovial fluid can be extracted during the first intra-articular injection; 4. It is expected to be able to complete 5 intra-articular injections in our hospital (the conventional course of treatment includes 5 times of fluid extraction and intra-articular injection); 5. The research subjects signed the ''Informed Consent''.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient does not agree to donate biological samples or clinical information; 2. Combined with intra-articular infection.
