Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet various diagnostic criteria for stroke and be confirmed by cranial CT scan or MRI; 2) Duration of hospital stay >=24 h; 3) Adults in the intensive care unit with acute physiology and chronic health status (APACHE) II>16 points, Glasgow coma score (GCS) <=12 points; 4) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering from skin diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriasis, ringworm, etc.) and skin lesions (such as burns, breakages, ulcers, etc.); 2) The patient's condition is not allowed to turn over (such as pelvic fracture, cervical fracture, forced position, etc.); 3) It is difficult to assess the skin condition due to the dark skin tone of the patient; 4) Patients who were discharged from the hospital, transferred to another department, died or could not continue to participate in the study for various reasons during the study period.
