15 Years to 84 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III grade; 2. Primary, unilateral or bilateral total knee arthroplasty was planned; 3. The postoperative hospital stay was at least 1 day; 4. The patients with reading and writing ability can complete the self-assessment; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing impairment, cognitive impairment and other reasons lead to patients can not cooperate with the scale evaluation; 2. Suffering from confirmed mental illness, cardiac insufficiency and severe liver and kidney diseases; 3. History of opioid abuse; 4. Patients and their families refused to participate in the study; 5. Transfer to ICU after operation.
