18 Years to 39 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of POI; 2. Aged 18-39 years old; 3. POI in biochemical abnormal period: menstrual regularity or menstrual cycle within 35 days; 15U /L 25U/L; 5. Menopausal POI: Natural amenorrhea for more than one year, and FSH>40U/L; 6. Sign the informed consent form, voluntarily participate in the investigation of the project, and truthfully answer the investigation questions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital gonadal hypoplasia and acquired organic diseases resulting in menstrual disorders 2. Menstrual disorders caused by polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, hypogonadotropinism, hyperthyroidism and other endocrine diseases (disorders); 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases.
