Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Test group: 1) Skin pruritus in the middle and late pregnancy, or with varying degrees of jaundice; 2) Laboratory examination: serum total bile acid (TBA); Increase (>10umol/L); 3) Pregnancy is the only cause of skin itching and biochemical abnormalities; 4) The patient is generally in good condition, without obvious vomiting, poor appetite, weakness and other symptoms of disease; Control group: pregnant women without other comorbidities with the same gene expression
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffer from other liver and gallbladder diseases; 2) There are other pregnancy complications such as hypertension during pregnancy or abnormal blood, urine or biochemical abnormalities that cannot be explained by ICP; 3) Have systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, mental and neurological diseases, etc.; 4) Suffer from hereditary or immune diseases; 5) Those who have a history of blood transfusion, transplantation or immunotherapy; 6) Those who have a history of oral contraceptives.
