Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. HFpEF group (HFpEF patients treated at Suzhou Dushu Lake Hospital): (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for HFpEF in the ''China Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines'' formulated in 2018; (2) The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form. 2. Control group (those who underwent health checkup at Suzhou Dushuhu Hospital): (1) All people have no previous cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, heart valve disease, etc., and heart failure caused by various causes is excluded according to the diagnostic criteria of heart failure; (2) Informed consent and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute heart failure, acute pericarditis, acute myocarditis, and congenital heart disease; 2. Patients who received oral or intravenous antibiotics within three months of the stool sampling day; 3. Patients with topical antibiotics on the skin within one month of the stool sampling day; 4. Patients who ingested probiotic preparations within three months of the stool sampling day; 5. Patients with intestinal diseases (such as intestinal polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.) or patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Patients with other non-cardiovascular diseases (such as malignant tumors) that have been confirmed to change the intestinal flora.
